i don't think the $ amount is any big deal..i think it's more the fact that most people thought they were working on a debt restructuring deal, while also claiming in emails they didn't know where selling was coming from - to then file more convertible debt seems like a slap in face...jmo as to why the selling..oh, throw in the fact that arca shows up on offer after being gone for 2 days and it scares away buyers and creates selling..
