Um, yeah. And do you have any idea how long it takes for a patent to be approved? Provisional means nothing. And even if approved it will be infringed and then it is up to the company that is infringed upon to sue. Good luck there, the expense and time is enormous. And with the recent changes to patent law, patents holders have a much harder time to prove their patents are valid. You should do your research. I put out the example of PTSC, check it out.
