Does STEV already have those CBD patent applications? If not, the time frame for getting patents approved could take two to five years and then there could and probably will be patent infringement. Then companies will try to get the patent invalidated by challenging prior art. Look at PTSC and see what happened to their patents of gold. If you are betting this company of patents they don't yet have, you could be in for a looonnggg wait.
