Why do so many of these stinky pennies decide to do an R/S for insider profit and FINRA allows this to continue to go on?! I literally saw the news of this particular companies R/S about 2 weeks after heavy retail volume a couple of month ago. These companies MM's track volume and do insider dumping as soon as noticable retail buying occurs. What a POS!
