I will have a more comfortable feeling about the plan coming together as soon as I hear/see a PR about PBLS being part of the N.O. rebuilding process. And, exactly what part they will play, and some revenue projections for that part. I know the filing is on the way and now a Katrina contract would seal the deal for me. Kinda what I've been saying for months now. GLTY!
