Respectfully Disagree. NO ARBITRATION OR MITIGATION. Defendant will not allow any mutual release or no-fault settlement. AAPT already passed on arbitration as well by going to superior court instead of arbitration as specified in the so called "employment" agreement". Now the defendant has been maliciously defamed and libeled by the improper actions of the plaintiffs and the only acceptable resolution will be judgments and punitive damages against the Plaintiffs. I also do not understand your comment about "nothing for the plaintiffs to gain". If that was true, why file a lawsuit with nothing but a potential pyric victory for an outcome? Maybe the plaintiffs do not care because they are totally accustomed to spending other peoples money irresponsibly and the lawyer cost (that wouldn't be paid)herein is no different. We probably do agree that AAPT did not anticipate the judgment lien filed by the Florida accountants, which would make the filing of the lawsuit senseless. However, we probably would agree that the plaintiffs are so incompetent at everything, that their bungling through the filing and prosecution of this civil suit would not surprise either of us. Maybe you are looking at this lawsuit from the absolutely wrong perspective?
