Do we really want another website? How about using that money for ad words on the sites we already have? How about that buyback? So much good could come of it, but it is more likely Danny will use it to film another commercial. The fact is that this, like every other lawsuit Danny has pushed, will likely go nowhere. Imagine if Danny put as much time and energy into growing his (our) company as he does into these frivolous lawsuits? Like you said, the site has been taken down. Danny barked, and the "offender" listened. This will go nowhere, just as it did before.

As for the rest of your post, it seems Danny has sweetened that kool-aid and you just refilled your glass. How about focusing on what Danny has done (little to nothing) instead of what he says he will do, which the past has shown us rarely ever happens. BRAV has the potential, if only Danny would stop running his mouth and start following through on the promises he already made. People have been here for years and have supported Danny as he floundered his way back down to all time lows. It's time to put up or shut up IMO, though I doubt Danny will do either.
