Hi, PGS. Not sure how important the persistence of the vector is (a metric mentioned in the PR linked below), if it won't transduce, but how do you explain the apparent success in meeting actual clinical endpoints of the CUPID 1 trial? Your thesis suggests to me this should already have flamed out in the clinic.
