Its useless to point out any prospective leads that do not have funds to actualize. How many irons are in the fire for XNRG and not 1 single solitary deal to bring in any income. The deals that get done in hours and not months or days are completing new Form 4s and signing off on CPNs. DISCLAIMER!!!! Adding the settlement to debt outstanding with interest is insulting. Isnt the CEO really just an accountant anyway? As with everything concerning CEO claims, everything has the caveat of NEEDING funding not providing it. NO ASSURANCES!!! Reverse split by summer....CEO needs liquidity...cant have that with a bid. Ppl are lined up at the exits. Time for management to pop the top to get some volume flowing. 4 years later and CEO is still talking up a storm and producing NOTHING.
