Doubtful Bill, but even if that were to be the case think of this. Would you rather the O/S and/or the float be around 200,500,000-500,000,000 that way if someone sells a 10,000,000-25,000,000 share block the PPS drops drastically?

I wouldn't...hmmm...not sure I understand your views Bill. Companies on the OTC with such small share structures as you preach to be worthy of investing seem to always trade sideways for months on end, that's something I'm not interested in.
