So based on that, let's say if I own 35000 shares of the company's common stock on Jan 2nd and after, how many shares do I get the right to buy at 17¢? And why in the world would that be attractive if the share price is already below 10? I think I'm missing something...sorry not a seasoned investor yet. Could someone explain?
