When SJAP is listed approximately 40% of SJAP will become the basis for the new shares. The rest of SJAP will be held by the current owners. The key to unlocking the hidden value in the company is that the new investors will have to pay a higher PE multiple for their shares which in turn raises the value of the rest of the company.
