Unfortunately, I don't think its going to happen for this Co anytime soon.

They need to wake up and smell the coffee. There is a lot of opportunity in this Co, but NO synergy going on. What they need is for the Planners, the Day to Day Operators, and the Sales guys to all have the SAME SKIN IN THE GAME - it seems the co is weighted to the few at the top making all the money and NO GOOD IDEAS are coming from the GUYS working in the TRENCHES.
