INCC's competitor--3D-was-issued-county-license-on-SAME-date-as-INCC.. ..

Chaffee County licenses were granted mid-Aug 2014…….State is MANDATED to approve/deny license in 90 days

90 DAYS LATER

then INCC's competitor-3D- went on to get State licensing for that County, and opened AFTER building out a new space……….Nov 2014

INCC's alliance with Mehos NEVER APPLIED for licenses,,,,,,,,WHY NOT??? they could've gained State approval and just sat on the ACCOMPLISHMENT until their grow plot was opened….BUT NOOO

WHY NOT????, well here ya go…..because Mehos is playing all opportunities to met his needs (certainly this is an educated theory ), not relying on INCC to be the sole source of management options

but INCC isn't doing the licensing, so they don't RUN any grow plot capability or revenues from one
