Hired representation to investigate intellectual property for???
Checked into Assets vs Liabilities prior to hiring counsel for????
Basically six months of exploratory leg work done then an email stating SEWC is going to dig deeper and because it was sitting dead for a period of time your assumption is it is going to continue to do so!!! Not seeing the reasoning here, What does sitting idle prior have to do with new management team taking over? Why would you believe the new management team would continue on the same path as the prior one? Please elaborate. Thank you in advance!!
