There WAS interference by the contacting and influencing of Clark County Commissioners. A county commissioner has already stated that he changed his vote to a no after the interference.

The facts are already out there on this. The only remaining question is will the lawsuit actually be filed, and will anyone see jail and/or fines for the documented interference.

The PPS of TRTC was manipulated for gain by those who engaged in the interference - FACT.
