That's what was said last week, then poof VFIN and VNDM dumped several hundred thousand @70, then again @62, and some more in the 50's. As soon as the bid builds they dump. Sounds a lot like dilution to me.

And barchart is just a screener, to easily point out IF a company has potential to do something, it does not mean it will.
Not going to happen with all that dumping.
