Interesting.
Why turn share structure into a balloon? Simple, they have no liquid, so they need an asset to hok, AKA debentures. Which as stated, some of the holders might need to acquire more shares 'if' the PPS falls below said level. Cute yes?

Same thing , different pot/hemp venture. Setting up a wild emotional ride for those not in the know for the next several years.
