You're exactly right. Revenue generating news is the only thing that will make NVLX go up and stay up. Until that happens dilution and a shrinking pps will continue. Dilution is the only way penny stock companies raise capital unless they have a private funding channel. Most all of them are start ups with little to no revenue. That's why being long on these kinds of stocks is a big risk. A big percentage of the few that actually succeed are so diluted by the time things work out the return wasn't worth the long timeframe your money was invested. You'll always make more money playing the pump and dump game unless you get super lucky and hit the one that really pays off.
