The Posner SEC filing.

Looks like they started selling this summer so that could take on more shares and stay under the 9.9% ownership limit. They even lost some warrants because they didn't sell enough. Maybe the Posner's are counting on QMC's success after all! At least that's my interpretation of what I see from the all the Posner SEC filings this year.
