People keep forgetting we're talking about a penny stock here especially a non-reporting form 15 one at that. They think it's in the big league and growing but the truth is it's nowhere but in the pinks. Too many broken promises over the years. Too many spins and plays on semantics, "Al Stone didn't promise audited reports this year he hoped to have them this year". Notice his shareholder's letter was just two weeks before the yearly report. Also note that audited reports were promised soon back in 2013 at that SHM as well. At this years they also promised share buybacks and that never happened and if you look at the stock reports right after they said they would buyback shares they immediately accelerated their dilution of shares which continued for months and to well over 100 million shares. Some buyback. Let's not forget all the hype about the Nuvola literally all year and then a no show. We even have an interview where it was promised by Black Friday in both BB and Target but never showed. Does anyone really believe they made 60,000 and that they're in 25 countries just not any stores in the US? The only real review by HDTV was not flattering at all for UF with its judder and frankly unimpressive picture quality. But that was swept under the table and those with vested interest saying how flawless their picture is. Who should we believe an unbiased reviewer or stock owner? I notice a new spin how NTEK is going to be great in two years. Keep moving the bar with each disappointment. Amazon out and has better content as does Netflix but we're supposed to believe some 4 cent unaudited penny stock is going to make it big and blow them all away. This is why this stock is going nowhere else no one believes the lies anymore. And now with their latest acquisition of a shell penny stock that has nothing to do with 4 K media and quite a number of upset investors recently screwed there with a 6000:1 RS people are catching on to the game here.
