I dont understand how this person wins a judgement. What did he say that was different than those of us who couldn't get past first base. I even included records of judgement in the cases FINRA awarded to at least one person prior to my complaint and it didn't matter. FINRA told me they side with the brokerage and I would have to escalate my case to a higher level if I wanted another perspective. My brokerage told me they weren't going to discuss it with me any further. I wonder if that's what this latest supposed victory winner did, took his case to the next level at FINRA.

I still say, what good are certs if a stock isn't trading and there is no incentive to get it trading. The only winner here is Megas who gets compensation for the certs.
