i do not understand why the preferred hasn't been sold. would love to know if they've tried...unsuccessfully, or if they have not offered any more than what's been sold. of course, if people want it for the dividend and the conversion, wouldn't the PPHMP price be on the rise if shares weren't available? i guess that answer would tell me everything i'd need to know...

One still has to wonder why Paul Lytle did not sell a boatload of ATM shares in the high $2 range in the 60 million share trading days? Did friends of mgmt not want the shares at that price? Who does the BOD work for?

PPHM THE COMPANY WHOSE CEO IN MARCH 2014 TALKED ABOUT A PARTNERSHIP COMING TO FRUITION IN UPCOMING YEAR. IT IS NOW DECEMBER 22, 2014. CREDIBILITY IS AN ISUUE. ALL IMO.
