Akula42 after the first merger fail. Many people were trying to identify Aretmis. I can not remember who but someone posted they called syn solutions and they were not the group involved with Sylios. Also I posted earlier that the company is based out of Canada. I received that information from Mjlb. They have an agreement with them as well. It was also recommended to contact Sylios for more information regarding Aretmis. I hope this helps
