Not true! Last year insiders sold on the way down -after the top was reached at $1.42- between $1 and $1.25 or so, and the stock has kept going down!!

This year the same "merry inside gang" is selling at around 30 cents and the drop has begun!!

The only question is will the sub penny land become reality!!

TRTC is a sickening horrendous unmitigated shameful disaster!!
