And...what might you be dishing out, yourself???...holding a large number of shares, are you?...

Surely you can come up with a better excuse/cover to refute a possible R/S, that many know and believe has to happen for the overall health of the company, than a promise that one will not occur, from the CEO, who has already made numerous promises that he did not fulfill. LOL

And, I find your comment "you do realize if they reverse split and continue to build their product the price won't decrease to where it is now, but just go up from where it reverse splits too"...interesting and amusing.

I challenge you to name any penny companies that R/S, wherein the PPS did not revert right back to where it R/S from. And, while you are at it, list those companies whose PPS kept going up actually happened.

You are a smart man, you should know that almost 100% of the penny stocks never make it, and sell shares to try to make it, and, furthermore, sell shares to rip off the investing public. Maybe you could do a Google search and come up with some evidence to substantiate your claims... LOL

Obviously, you have missed a few posts from notable positive company guys on this forum that have mentioned a R/S possibly happening within the next 3-6 months...

When these few privileged investors, that have access to company information mention a R/S...I listen, as they have much more invested in this company than I do...and, they are closer to the source than any us... AJMHO, of course, FWIW
