Better rule: don't believe for a second that OTC stocks trade with the same dynamics as "normal" stocks. There is a clear reason for this "falling knife" as you say. In a liquid and arbitrage-free environment placing a trade at a random time is as good as "timing" it because the probability that the trade gains or loses is 50/50. The OTC is certainly not liquid and the major drivers are far more deterministic than a stock on the NASDAQ for instance.

With respect to EDXC, there is a clear reason for this trend which lies beyond the realm of the fundamentals. When buyers come in due to the attractive/low SP we are now seeing, the market will correct itself. Personally, my projections of EDXC have not changed despite the current environment. The sector will move up from these levels. EDXC
