And...why would AG spend $40 million dollars to cover the 3.85 billion OS shares, some of which were used to fund the company in the earlier days, when they can just do a R/S???...and only the 57,000 shareholders get screwed...

This is one major reason why the PPS has not risen much since the initial $.11 spike over a year ago... 3.85B share OS and 3.25 share float - PPS movement just ain't going to happen on 10-20 million shares traded daily...

Also, one could speculate that many shareholders know that the possibility of a R/S is real...and that it will happen, and many have said as much on this board...and they want to dump/sell their shares, many that are holding at a profit, and then buy back into the company, probably at the same price the PPS is at not, after the R/S.

One could reasonably assume, from the trading pattern and the blocks being sold over the past month that some big holders might be selling some shares...and trying to keep in under the radar screen...

ERBB will be a clean and better structured company then, and able to ride the wave of wherever the value of the company will take them.

For those that have doubt of a R/S, there already is ONE R/S in the history of AG, along with 9 name changes in 16 years... Common sense should tell us that, until AG shows us the bacon, we should view things with a bit of skepticism... No PMs please... AJMHO, of course, FWIW
