You can infer the share structure by the SEC filings and recent activity. STBV is trading at issued price. When you see orders for 1MM shares at 0.000001 its because the shares were traded at the issue price. Typically the issue prices for shares is effectively 0. When those shares are purchased the price is reflected as the par value of 0.0001 resulting in the market price reflecting 0.0001 With the avg volume you could assume 10 - 15 MM shares are being bought every day. This will be confirmed or denied in the next SEC filing which will probably be after Dec 31 because the offering period will end. STBV will be required to file an update of their issuance efforts.
Is that clear? Or, do you need more detail to close the gap between filed data and speculative data?
