It's not like they aren't mining at all. The site indicates they are. Besides, the purpose of a junior mining play is for them to develop the property and then sell to a major. This could be a faster play than you think.

The trick is for them to accumulate properties, develop the reserve estimates and then to sell out. It looks like they are well on their way.
