The December rally takes the Dow to an all time high while pphm continues its 10 year downtrend down about 5% for the month of December at $1.40 and 14 cents away from its 52 week low. Even though Sunrise is in about a year the street gives the penny stock BOD mgmt no credibility. Partnership(real one this time) is the only thing that will move the stock.
