This is even worse than a reverse split

The authorized shares will remain at 2 billion common shares. Think about it.

There were 1,065,115,769 shares outstanding, as of yesterday.

a 1:400 reverse split leaves FONU with 2,662,790 shares outstanding.

Well, that then leaves 2B - 2,662,790 = 1,997,337,210 shares left to dilute investors into the ground with. after the reverse split.

This is equal to 1,997,337,210 x 400 = 798,934,884,000 on a pre-reverse-split basis. Yes 798.9 billion shares
