Exactly ... what's on file in the SAIC and S.A.T. offices, not fake numbers posted on the company's website. You just made my point for me. On top of that, I'm telling (no, guaranteeing) you right now that not one of the entities that performed DD actually verified the SAIC's in person at the SAIC office. Today's PR is a typical ChiScam PR, period.
