As I mentioned before you may not get a pop coming off the "E" but I'm basing what I'm saying on what happened on the other board. That stock did not go down they picked up the"E" and it didn't go up when it came off.

The rest of what your saying should be right on. Now wasn't field testing to have been completed by the end of April ? Board members need to be brought up to speed good or bad, with bad meaning some field adjustments need to be made.
