I don't know what the S1 is going to do for the pps either. As far as I know this S1 is being put trough as a fund raiser?

To acquire 25,000,000 shares valued at $1 a piece?

I'm confused by this because they can't sell these shares at $1 a piece. Still waiting for someone to fill me in with what Pgcx gains out of the S1 being approved besides having the extra $25 mil shares.

I'm ignorant in this topic.
