Yes the SEC responded asking for clarification of shares given to Television 101 and Hemp INC. I don't understand why people are still confused here. There is no connection to HEMP and STBV. To further clarify, the float is going to change frequently as are the shares outstanding. As of June 20, 2014 there were 47.85 billion outstanding shares. Thats the only accurate number. Anything else is broker speculation.

What does Cleartrust have to do with anything...? I think you should go talk to a securities broker to help you understand.
