Seems Leo is saving the fireworks for the January 12th biotech showcase. Not saying that I am thrilled for this to be the case, but it clearly looks like he is holding back with regards to some K, B and P catalysts that are in his arsenal even today, because he thinks he'll get more bang for the buck by announcing at that forum. Perhaps, he's also negotiating deals in the meantime, and it has been mutually decided by all parties that such negotiations would be better served if he kept coy and understated with regards to B for now.
