Like my original post said, either Jerry is being scammed, or Jerry is part of the scam. I find it hard to believe that a former CEO of the year would have signed off on a jv that had in place wording that would not allow him to know what was going on. Then he states that the other party had twice provided paperwork that was not up to par. Well duh, scammers do that! Fortunately if this is a scam, the only people who were hurt by this deal were the cpn's! Looks like it will be a merry Christmas after all.
