You know nothing about whether investors here are "whales" or not. Second, you call this a "scam", present evidence to support that? The share structure here is way too good to support a share selling scheme. Third, due to point number two, the SEC has not shown any interest in investigating edxc because there is no scam.. Its an up and coming innovative mj play that lacks revenues like 99% of start companies trying to make a name in an emerging sector. Money will pour in and drive the price. Edxc
