Sorrryyy, it wasn't that clear to me. Regarding tax loss, I think most have already sold and will be ready to buy in early Jan. Most people that trade regularly and have losses, usually sell in late Nov. or early Dec. so they can get the 30 days in before any potential good news hits those stocks.
