You don't think management monitors chat boards? Penny stock scams like USPR live and die by chat boards - the days of boiler rooms with telephones manned by high pressure salesmen bullying retired folks into buying shares in a scam are over. Now, it's chat board hype (i.e. billions worth of gold in the ground), Press Releases, and emails.
