Which is completely understandable. I was questioning that as well. At the time of the previous files, the pps was lower than what he paid for them. I can see if it was a few thousand spent. However, considering it was 67k, and the pps the past few months, it's highly doubtful to be taking such a massive loss. It's not as quick for insiders to dump their shares. Not to mention, if he was to sell in dec, it'll be one large tax bill. Doing so in jan makes more sense. It gives an extra year and four months to make that profit work....
