Medallion Multi-Studio Distribution Venture Launches with Initial Home Video / V.O.D. Solicitations for Six Labels

Parent company Hannover House, Inc. (OTC: HHSE) announced today that Medallion Releasing, the recently formed distribution venture for independent studios and video suppliers, will launch its first product shipments this month, with new releases set through May, 2015. The initial new release titles are "American Justice" from Paseo Miramar Studios and "On Any Sunday: The Next Chapter" coming out under a joint releasing venture between Hannover House and Redbull Media House North America, Inc. On sale dates for both titles are set for February, 2015, with shipments of “American Justice” already underway.

Other affiliated labels under Medallion include GDC Films, Green Apple Entertainment, Fever Dreams and Peliculas Ole'. Medallion Releasing is managed out of Bentonville, Arkansas by video industry executive Tom Sims, who successfully established similar, multi-studio sales ventures for Allegro Distribution and Vivendi / Universal Music Group. Sims also served for almost thirteen years as the Walmart Video Buyer for Anderson Merchandisers.

Individual press announcements for each of the Medallion supplier labels, including information on initial releases, will be posted over the next few days.

Medallion Releasing was established in May, 2014 to help supplement the release slate of titles from Hannover House and to increase the company’s market share and clout with key retailers and wholesalers. The supplier labels with products now in solicitation represent complementary title selections to the Hannover House slate. Medallion supplier labels include a concentration of releases in the genres of Urban, Christian, Documentary, Anime' and Spanish home video programming.

Hannover House was formed in 1993 and has operated continuously for the past 21 years. Principal executives for Hannover House include C.E.O. Eric Parkinson (formerly C.E.O. of Hemdale Communications, Inc., NASDAQ), President, Fred Shefte (an attorney) and VP of Sales Tom Sims.
