Good idea, but the person to email a question wouldn't be me...it would be someone actually effected by some problem. I don't play the games, I was talking about those few who are complaining on twitter.

Like I said in my example, I've asked that question on the board (comparable to a twitter post?) without a response. Emailing GG would be the way to go if these people really have a problem.

JMHO that those twitter post complainers are near meaningless. If it were serious they would email (if they can follow written instructions).
