The statement that a programmer gave a stolen copy of the codec to Dimension is untrue. TMMI even dropped that from their first complaint. It's all on the record how Panik, then Dimension received VDK2.0. What's not on the record is how Simpson was able to sell it to TMMI a couple of times when he was ordered to turn over all copies of it to DFMI in 2002-03.
It's obvious that TMMI was using it in November 2011 when Cavanaugh put out the shareholder update (on TMMI's website), then bought DFI to get ownership of it in 2012. How does that work? CHECKMATE! How did DFI get it in 2012 when they were defunct and weren't supposed to have any copies of it? CHECKMATE II
