why the Briefing is NOT scheduled in one of the Judges' Calendar?

...Could it be that, because of previous denial on 26th/4 to move trial to september, that DNA is withdrawing the case (briefing / hearing / trial) & consequently TRCA as well (have to)?

Anyone, any idea? Abharploonta maybe? Please advice. Thanks. Appreciated a lot
