1)With as I would assume a large no. of e-mails and phone the co. has received and assuming a good no. of them less than polite this is a means to shut some of them up by giving a 40% premium for patience.
2)giving 40% to those who have stuck it out if there is a r/s
Personally I don't know. thay have jacked with a/s so many times. the product is sound engineering wise but that is what he is, not so much in business.
3)The dean of business has a theoretical model he needs to prove?
