You know they are selling medical marijuana right? Currently patient's rights are protected by the state as a medical card holder against employer discrimination...good try though. You should research the medical marijuana laws of the state to understand this better as it is extremely valuable dd, tellingly. Irregardless though, just remember recreational pot in Nevada is not currently legal so your argument carries no weight right now ;)
