Gaboy, distractions are bad for business. Please don't let other factors stop you from thinking about r/s's.
I would suggest looking out for certain signs that would be obvious distractions. Here's just a few

Better than expected on line sales
Agreements with retailers to stock the product
Potential partnerships with flag ship company's looking to get into this market
Distribution agreements
Stock repurchase news
Buy out of the company
Partnerships with other health food related companys

I hate r/s's but sometimes they can work out for the best if done with a thought out plan. However please remember that anything said by the company in the future is just a distraction so you will stick around and buy into
the next r/s
