Hello all, I am new to this board, but have been quietly watching from the sideline while accumulating this company. Just a bit on qualifications, I have had a series 7 since 2000, had let it lapse, but have personally been in the market since. My friend I've gone into with this company has oil field experience. Between the two of us, know which questions to ask. My friend has had contact with their IR person, and I've been quietly watching. On the technical end, as it stands now without anything new, total crapshoot, but will likely head further south. This is the end of the year, so part of the capitulation could be to offset gains or create a loss for tax purposes. On the plus, if their truly and legitimely is an institutional interest, with this small float, will be amazing and possibly life changing for a few lucky folks. Just purely my thoughts and opinion for quietly observing and accumulating.
On the oil industry end, from what was gathered, they seem legit. They were able to answer the technical questions that I was completely lost on that my friend on this was able to ask. What was he was also able to gather is that are working on ramping everything up for a proper launch on the krud kleen. We shall see. From what was also gathered is the product works well on Texan oil fields, but due to geological differences, the North Dakota and Appalacian Basin is still being tweaked.
Overall, in my opinion. I think it's a good bet. I will admit that I may be a bit biased due to living in "ground zero" for the Marcellus Shale boom (Washington county, Pa), but from what i've personally seen as far as an economic boom goes, if they can establish a presence here, will only be speechless after looking at my account.
Again, this is all my opinion from DD and experience.
